Daw Khin Hnin Soe is the College Director and Principal at Myanmar Metropolitan College (MMC). Before joining MMC, she was a lecturer at Republic Polytechnic in Singapore and Chiang Mai University in Thailand. Prior to becoming a lecturer, she worked as an Electronics Engineer in multinational companies, including Motorola and Philips.
Daw Khin Hnin Soe left Myanmar after completing the 6th Standard and continued her secondary education in Singapore. Upon completing GCE ‘O’ Level, she pursued her college and university education in Canada and the UK. She holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree from the University of Western Australia, a Master of Science (MSc) in Communications Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from Brunel University in the United Kingdom.
Dr. Elizabeth Furio Perez is a Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor with almost 30 years’ experience in the area of financial management, human resource management and entrepreneurship in the Philippines, Vietnam and UAE.
U Aung Kyaw Oo joined Myanmar Metropolitan College (MMC) in October 2013 as a part-time lecturer after returning from overseas, where he gained over two decades of work experience. After completing a B.Sc. (Mathematics) at Rangoon University (currently known as Yangon University) and a Certificate in Computing at Universities’ Computer Center (currently known as University of Computer Studies, Yangon), he worked for a number of multinational corporations in Southeast Asia.
Tin Maung Htoo (a.k.a MO LWIN), is a dynamic entrepreneur who is currently running the Peak Point One-Stop Solution Hub, specializing in e-Commerce developments specializing for tourism industry. Mo Lwin has completed Masters in Business Information Systems from Australia and also holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Information Technology from the University of Greenwich (London) and a B.A (English) from Yangon University.
Chit Tun Pe @ Chris Tun is Chief Advisor of Katalysts Group. He was Consulting Partner for Myanmar practice of Deloitte Consulting Southeast Asia – the world’s leading consulting and professional services organization. In this role, he spearheads a team in building a full-service consulting firm in Myanmar covering strategy and operations, technology, and human capital practice.
Jasmine has over 10 years of assurance, advisory and consulting experience and was the local lead Director for PwC Myanmar. She is currently working as a Managing Partner for Katalysts. Banking and investment management sectors are her areas of expertise and she has a strong understanding of asset management, investment funds, trade flow processes (end to end), structured finance and treasury product knowledge, financial analysis, due diligence transactions, people and change transformation of both private and investment bank operations.
U Sai Oo has over ten years of teaching experience and has been with MMC since May, 2013. He graduated with a B.A (English) from Dagon University in 2003 and has been working as an English teacher since 2004 because of his enthusiasm for teaching. Moreover, during his time as a university student, he has begun working as a part-time teacher at a number of educational institutions and organizations.
